Cancellation of Personalised Products 

If you order products that have to be personalised, they cannot be cancelled once they have been sent to production. You will have two hours from the time you have placed the order, to cancel it.

Once you add an item or items to our cart, you will see you have the option to continue shopping or go to the checkout. When you go to the checkout you will have the option to Checkout Securely.
If you use this option you will be asked for your email address then delivery details then you can select payment method. You can pay by card or pay by PayPal

MaterCard / Eurocard.

Maestro.

American Express.

UnionPay.

Or you will have the option to check out with PayPal, that will take you
to their log in page.  Add item to the cart then go to checkout then click the PayPal button
You will be ask to log in to PayPal.

 
Pay in 3 interest-free payments with PayPal
Available for purchases of £30 to £2,000. No sign-up fees or late fees.


Choose PayPal at checkout to pay later with Pay in 3.
Complete your purchase with the first payment today.
Remaining payments are taken automatically.

You will then receive an email that we have received your order.

 

Dispatched

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.


Delivery


We deliver to UK addresses only.  We will deliver the product you have ordered to the address that you have given us. You can give us a different address than your billing address, if you want your order to be delivered to a relative, friend or a work place.

Royal Mail will aim to deliver your item within 3 working days. Dispatch times vary on what items you have in your order, each product page will show you the dispatch time for that item. If there is more than one item in your basket with different dispatch times the longest dispatch time will always apply.

We will not be liable for delay or failure to deliver a product  due to adverse weather, strikes or transport problems. This would be beyond our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived, please contact us then we can find out where it is.
If you don’t receive your order within 30 days of buying it then we will send a replacement or refund you your money.


Price of Products 

Sometimes there can be a price error on our products, if this happens, when you have ordered a product, we will contact you about the error. You will have the option to pay the correct price, or cancel your order.



Cancellation

Consumers have legal right to cancel a product they have ordered.   Cancellation period is 30 days after you receive the product, unless it's a personalised product.

If you cancel your order within 30 days after you receive the product, we will refund you for the product which will include our standard free delivery costs. 
If you chose extra delivery options, you will have to pay those delivery costs.


Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.


Returning an Product 
 

For non personalised items

If you want to return your items, you can return them within 14 days after you have received them please contact us first at sales@asbensgifts.co.uk  
When we have received the item, we will refund you for the product which includes our standard free delivery costs. this will not include delivery costs for returning the item.

For non personalised items and personalised items that are faulty, damaged or the wrong item.

If the item is faulty or damaged or the wrong item, please contact us at sales@asbensgifts.co.uk as soon as possible. We might ask you to take a photo of the item.
The item must be returned to us within 7 working days of receiving, and in its original packaging.


When we have received the item, we will check it over and then sort a refund out for you. Refunds will be sent within 14 days. We will refund you in full plus any extra delivery costs, and the cost of returning the product to us. We will refund you by the same payment method that you used when you placed the order.
